- To be a musician soloist vocational
- Do not be intermittent from the show
- Be from a higher music education:
• CNSM in Paris or Lyon
• École Normale de Musique
• Higher music center
- Musical excellence
- Living in France since 2 years or with political refugee status
- Be French, Swiss, EU citizen, or holder of a residence permit
- Living in France at least 9 months per year
- Financial resources will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
- Resources must not exceed the social minimum ceilings
The selection is based on the sincerity of the requests and a thorough analysis of each situation.
The Foundation is committed to remaining accessible, without discrimination or unnecessary barriers.
