Eligibility criteria for musicians

To qualify for our support, musicians must meet certain eligibility criteria.
This ensures that our support is effective.

Criteria for the professionalisation of musicians


- To be a professional solo musician

- Do not be intermittent from the show

- Be from a higher music education:
• CNSM in Paris or Lyon
• École Normale de Musique
• Higher music center

- Musical excellence

Residency criteria and administrative situation






- Living in France since 2 years or with political refugee status

- Be French, Swiss, EU citizen, or holder of a residence permit

- Living in France at least 9 months per year

Candidates' financial resource criteria









- Financial resources will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

- Resources must not exceed the social minimum ceilings

We support all classical musicians who are struggling.

Processing times vary depending on the type of support requested. We aim to respond within two weeks. You will be informed of the evolution of your request.
